Horror cellphone purchase from PeP Cell.

I bought a phone,was told it could handle basic functions. Within a week it gave me problems freezing, which I reported timeously and after 10 days starting overheating on top of the other issues. I called them many times having to relate my story over and over again only to be told nothing will be done. Can't say anything about their service and empathetic attitude, because they have none.. I would never recommend them to anyone,all their staff act as if the company has no care for clients... Not to mention one member of staff in-store pretending to be the manager.
