HORROR AT PEP POSTMASBURG!!

On the 30th January 2022,me and my Husband shopped at PEP store Postmasburg assisted by cashier Dimakatso we had bought a pair of ladies sleepers, and my husband then decided to pay for my inlaws's DSTV he asked how much the balance was and the lady advised it was R960.00, then my husband advised that he would pay R400.00 and his parents would pay the rest, the lady (Dimakatso) started screaming at him saying he should have told him he would pay 400.00 and she just started shoutung from there we were so horrified by the experience we decided to call in the Manager although she intervened the lady was just screaming at the top of her lungs screaming at my husband. This kind if service is unacceptable PEP stores is a private intity and therefore as a customer i should be made to feel as if i am at a home affairs. The service was terrible extremely horrifying.
