Horrific Service

I stood in a long queue for an hour at Pep Home Mafikeng Market Square. Only to be told I can not be assisted. The staff refuse to call the manager on duty. I’ve spent over an hour in this store. I’m really disappointed at the poor service I’ve received. I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for the complaints book. The staff is not even bothered.
