Horrible treatment by Pep

Worst client service for a Pep I've used since I was a young boy. This afternoon around 5pm I went to Pep Moutse Mall to get a blanket for my dog, at the door there was gentleman standing and as I entered, I was surprised by him man handling me to tell me that I should re route because the floor was wet there was no sign I sight. I proceeded to the back of the shop where one of the shop assistants was mopping the floor, again there was no sign to show that the floor is wet, I only realised when she shouted at me for stepping on her floor. I went to get the blanket and on my way to the checkout she again shouted at me and another customer for stepping on the wet floor. Now I don't know what law in that shop says shop staff should mop the floor while the floor is still open but that horrible service needs to be checked
