Horrible! Terrible! Shocking!!

<p>I went to buy a Cell C sim card for sim swap. We all know that the cell c sim shouldnt be RICCAd for sim swap. I was told of their so called policy saying all the sim cards being purchased at their stores should be registered. </p> <p>Like really now!
