Horrible service from Gomoleme at Devland pepp

I have never seen such poor customer service.. I went to sent a parcel from jhb to Klerksdorp,I went into the shop and was informed to buy a paxi bag, then after almost a hour in a que, I reached the till and then was told that my parcel needs to be packaged .. I left, buy package material and came back, to be helped by the most horrible person.. The slip says Gomoleme at PEP Devland... After I read on the plastic i just bough from them, that I can insure the parcel,and I asked her about it, she freaked out, why didn't I tell her before, I said.. I only see it now since u only opening the thing now,, and on the plastic it stated that I should ask you.. No you can't add insurance now, it's to late.. So I insist and eventually she made me swipe again for a R20 insurance(banking fees probably twice that much) , and literally throw the slip in my hand,so I read this long 'nr N asked her what it is, and she said it's airtime.. In the meantime it's the 20 digit 'nr I should use to register the insurance within 24hours(i found this out when I googled the process).. People like that should not be allowed to deal with customers, rather stuck her in a store room or something.. Her attitude started when she spoke Zulu with me and I keep on telling her that I can only speak Afrikaans or English... From their I got the worse service from this (evidently) ****** woman...
