Horrible service

I just left pep store Glen Balad Shocking service. there were 3 ladies leaning on a trolley casually using their phone, talking about TikTok, didn’t care that we were cueing and waiting to be assisted, eventually one came to assist us (Hope). Did not greet us and continued to talk about tiktok
