Horrible service by PEP

Went to PEP at The Glen mall last month on the 2nd May to do a money Transfer of R500 i was assisted by Slindile a cashier at PEP, for some reason funds were withdrawn at Northwest Christian, the same day. funds were supposed to be withdrawn in the Free State Reitz, I have lodged a complaint with PEP and even opened a case at Alberton police station, Nothing is being done and its now a month later with no luck but yet no one cares to investigate or get back to me, they do however acknowledge that this is a problem within their business and they are aware but nothing is being done to prevent this. I just need my money back.
