Horrible service at Pep store Mt Fletcher, Eastern Cape

The lady called Khetheka Mabaso in Pep stores in Mt Fletcher was so rude beyond human way. We wanted to send a parcel to Bloemfontein mind you we've travel from the village just send this parcel. She then said I must give her a store code where I need to send the parcel then I told her I do not have a code but I have an address of the store in Bloemfontein. She told me that she has no time to be looking for the store she is not at Pep to be doing mandane jobs like that. We had to go back without sending the parcel
