Horrible service at PEP Mthatha

I went to Pep in Mthatha Sutherland Street to ask for a cash back. After queuing for a long time the cashier with a very bad attitude told me that I had to buy with 10% of the amount that I want to cash back. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and bad attitude I got. I wish PEP could actually teach its employees good customer service.
