Horrible service at kwadukuza PEP Clothing Store

hi i went into the PEP store in kwadukuza mall as its a new shopping mall to exchange a shorts i purchased a week ago. still brand new tags and "pep labels still intact" , the manager "CINDY" was present but not helpful at all as i asked for the size of the shorts to be changed only and mentioned that in not asking for a refund just the size to be changed, i got the usual excuse that the receipt is needed and she cannot do anything without the slip. i eventually had to leave the store with a product that i will not use , brand new with the PEP LABEL still intact. horrible service as i simply asked for the size to be changed, nothing else. they have lost a good customer.
