Horrible service and incompotent people

<p>I went to pep in bedworthpark in vanderbijlpark to go and buy clothes for my daughter. I got to the till to pay, when one of the items did not want to scan. The supervisor was called and i was told that i cant buy the item,cause it was on promotion. I asked the supervisor why it was on the rack if we cant buy it. She told me that a casual unpacked the stock. She then told me if i want the item i need to pay cash for it. I told her i dont carry cash and that i am paying with my card, arrogantly she told me if i dont pay cash i cant have the item. I will never visit that store again. Staff are useless, arrogant</p>
