horrible service and attitude

I was in Pep cell Alex mall where a lady by the name of Yonela gave me attitude while a was buying a Phone Nokia C1 off which the lady didnt even offer to show the phone features. She just gave me the phone and told me"If it gives you problem, you can bring it back" was that enough for someone who pays?Horrible service.Phone gave me speaker problem and took it back and she told me that there is nothing she can do about that. What a useless cashier and her manager
