HORRIBLE SERVICE

Today at Pep Home in Cradlestone mall we had an AWFUL experience. The lady who helped us with Paxi wasn't really sure about the code so we made a phone call. Then the lady started speaking to someone else a customer and the customer shouted at my mom and myself and the lady who helped us was more concerned about the other one shouting because she wanted help so they went back and fourth without even considering that the one who helped us should finish helping us first. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
