Horrible service

I sent through a parcel from Mall of the South to Ulundi PEP store however till today I haven't received my parcel the sms notification came through stating the parcel was or has been delivered to PEP Ulundi store however upon arrival at the store my order is no where to be found i mean how crazy is this!!! This is a very horrible customer experience!!! I am given a wrong order.. I need my order ASAP!
