Horrible service

I went to PEP at N1 city at 11:00 on the 9.01.2020 to buy new dstv decoder not knowing that i could swap using insurance that i took with them for the decoder. Got a new decoder from dstv then returned the one i bought from PEP but they refused to take it back.
