Horrible Service

I was sended paxi from bid or buy , the sender SMS me the details to arrive at pep 4816 ,I'm at Lephalale Crossing near shopprite 2 weeks ago they told me I got wrong message.Second time I was told the paxi was scheduled back.I was attend by a gentle man he kept calling the manager that named " Tk " horrible manager she doesn't priorities her client nor her staff when her attention is needed.She never showed I waited in store for 40 minutes while the person was battle with the Paxi on the line while she was in store.Horrifying store experience.
