Horrible service

Pep home strore in protea Glen gave a horrible service on the 17th November 2022. At around 15:20 to buy a few items. Managed to buy floating shelves and realized I needed a Christmas deco but a guy switched off all the power a d told us they are closing because of load shedding, but load shedding was on since 14H00. After exiting the store without buying the Christmas deco, I realised there is a notice outside the store notifying customers of the closure by 15H30. How the guy handled things was rude and atleast he could have let customers inside buy and finish.
