HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible experience. I posted last week Sunday and the parcel is still in the ware house for what only God know. when i call they promise to call me back once they liase with the courier company, tell you what you'll wait until Jesus comes. No one is competent in that call center and they busy telling me about parcel insurance i don't need a damn insurance i want my parcel
