Horrible service

I have experienced a Bad service at pep Newredruth and has happened a numerous times, I'd like to know with regards capitec cash send because they clearly don't want us to withdraw it, i went there today only one terminal was working and your cashier told me that she doesn't have miney and it's not the 1st time ,
