Horrible service

I got a horrible service today at Pep Golden Acre a lady named Jade (if that’s her real name as she did not have a name tag on) I went to purchase a SIM card and stood in the line for 20 minutes only to be told I cannot be assisted. I have worked for a service provider and I know that when you want to do a sim swap you do not have to register a SIM card as it will generate a new number and I have purchased a SIM card before that I RICA’d and I was told I had to get a new as that generated a new number. I’m super disgusted with that service.
