Horrible service

I went to pep store in Randburg Square to day , I was assisted by a lady called Nonhle , when she was suppose to give me change she told me to get my change from the floor , because there was some money on the floor dropped by some customers.I complained to a lady called Bella who was standing in for the manager since “they said the Manager is not around “ ,she didn’t take it whole situation serious.
