Horrible Service

I urgently, needed to purchase a new phone from the Centurion outlet, to my shocking surprise, i needed to have my ID book with me. I was displeased because i had my license with me, but that was unacceptable, i didn't even need to buy an sim cards or anything i just needed the phone.

I felt that, this rule is very oppressive, just like the apartheid days, where people needed to have their ID documents with them at all times. I had some form of identification for Christ Sake.

i would never buy at PEP stores ever again.
