Horrible service

Pep stores pinetown shop no 4 hill street Pinetown CBD… terrible service services I don’t know what they did to my paxi parcel that was supposed to have been delivered latest 23 August 2024.. I did called paxi and the courier guy and they confirmed that the parcel is delivered at the store but when they try to contact they store they don’t pick up the phone and the consultant from paxi advise me to go straight to the store to check and tell them to contact them since we have been trying to get hold of them since the 23rd and all I could get is sorry we can’t help ??? Excuse me?? You can’t help when you have my parcel ? I want my things
