Horrible poor service

I was @ pep store tlhabane I'm even exhausted writing this review from a 30 minutes queing to pay for shoes while people who are buying airtime are just coming in and being assisted right in front of us. If this is some sort of rule or policy I guess some of us are not valued as clients, that time only one cashier is assisting, no man this is nonsense, to think I left the same store in town to come to this one in tlhabane for such poor service nxa.
