Horrible, Pathetic and bad customer service

Good day

This is to inform of the horrible customer service from pep store in Lotus Gardens in Pretoria. This is not the first time,I was assisted by Leslie. Every time I go pay my dstv services they give attitude as if it is not one of the service they offer, as if they are doing me a favour. I was not aware of the payment I needed to pay, I asked for a balance that I needed to pay, I was told that if he checks the balance the system will be offline. Which will be unfair on other customers that were already on the que “ said it in attitude “. I was on the que for more than 15 minutes to get service only to be told that my request was unreasonable and unfair to other customers. If had I knew that this behaviour would continue I was going to go else where, were I would get proper customer service. Not were my needs as a customer would be voided because of other customers that were on the que just like me. The service is pathetic and very horrible, the bad part is that the store that is used by my parents on a regular basis. People that work from that store needs to know that their duty is to give good customer service, the sooner they understand that the better for every customer that walks in that store and feel like customers. I hate to walk in the store and feel like I am nagging or staff is doing me a favour.
