Horrible incompetence.

I bought something on Bidorbuy, it was sent with Paxi and arrived on the 28th of June at the Aliwal North counter. On Wednesday morning I went to collect my parcel, but at around 09H20 I turned around and left as the shop have not opened at that time as I have other thing to do also. The same afternoon I went again to collect my parcel, round about half past 4,i was told that they cannot assist me as the paxi system does not work. Now, it is a 80km drive for me toget to Aliwal North, I can not drive up and down as I please. It is not every day you see such incompetence..............
