Horrible Customer Service - Vickey PEP Dobsonville

I just had a horrible service at PEP cell Dobsonville Mall, A big headed and dumb manager by the name of Vicky was super rude. I asked for Fnb airtime/all networks. She told me she does know, I asked her who must know. Yo make things worse, she wasn't even wearing a name tag, I asked for her manager, she said shes the manager sarcastically. She dismissed me and told me shes done with me.
