Horrible customer service, PEP Village Mall

PEP store Village Mall in Hartbee****rt. Please train your staff on customer service. Yesterday I went in with my 2 kids to buy my son rugby shorts. I am 8 months heavily pregnant, the person in front of me was doing a Paxi, I asked the cashier Tsatsawani, to please call someone else to assist as I cannot stand for long. Her reply was “ ebile the way o jang chappies, ga ona choice o emela nna, ebile wa phapha”, simply translating “the way you’re chewing gum, you don’t have a choice but to wait for me, on top of that you’re forward” and indeed I did wait for her. What an embarrassing moment to be ridiculed and belittled like that in front of my kids and to also stand long. I only waited because I needed the shorts , otherwise her service is horrible, not with dignity, embarrassing, I was horrified.
