Horrible customer service

I went to the store on January 29, 2024, to buy a charger. I requested for help when I arrived, and the woman who was packing clothes came with me to the cable section. I gave her my phone, and she choose the cable charger for me because I couldn't tell which one it was.

Two days after driving to the store with the slip to exchange, I found out later that same day that the cable was the incorrect one, but I was turned away. They refused to even acknowledge that they had given me the incorrect wire. I trusted the employees to fulfill my expectations as a consumer. They never accepted accountability or acknowledged their errors. The branch manager is lacking the skill of handling the complaints, even if they see that they are unable to exchange find the good approach for the customer especially if it was not the customer faulty. I have asked for assistance
