Horrible customer service

Maybe today was not my day with Pep, a horrible service in 1 day, with two different stores or this is how Pep treats their customers? In the morning I went to PEP VANDERBIJLPARK CHECKERS HYPER where they're where supposed to open at 8:30 & they open at 08:40, I bought cap for my daughter & it was too small, I decided to go to different store because of the service I got in the morning. I went to PEP RIVERSIDE BOULEVARD, I didn't get assistance because they wanted authorisation number on my phone, I was forced to drive back home for my phone for me to get assistance.

What waste of time & petrol. I will never ever shop at pep again ever, the service it's horrible.
