Horrible customer service - Dissapointed

No customer service!

I tried to call to order a specific type of JEANS from PEP, apparently there is no way you can order any specific type of JEANS.

In Brits, North West, there is no store that has the Bootleg, straight leg or Flare leg Jeans

How pathetic is that!?

I am honestly very dissapointed. Their jeans is comfortable, but they only say no they can't order this jeans.....
