Horrible customer service

I am really disappointed with the service I received from your store pep 8724 Bree street in jhb, I bought Telkom airtime on the 10/06/2022 they gave a used voucher by your cashier Lebo. I went to Jabulani mall pep store ask to speak to the manger about my query she was soo rude and unhelpful. PEP store your staff have a very terrible attitude and horrible service
