Horrible customer service

Pep stores you are ****mers!!!! I accidentally made a payment on your lay-by buddy online for R500 thinking I was lay-bying a phone for my 10 year old son and I give your customer care whom was very rude to me and she tells me that I cannot get a refund for the lay-by buddy. You guys are disgusting and I will expose your organisation for what it is. I don’t mind donating but I wouldn’t donate R500 that I was trying to pay towards my sons phone and now you are refusing to provide me with a refund?!
