Horrible customer service

on the 10.08.2015 I went to Pep store at Old Game next to ocean basket to buy few items. my sister and I talked about funeral plans from Pep, while In the store I took a funeral pack from the shelve and asked the cashier that was of my assistance to explain to me how it works, the lady was not informed by the look of it and she asked the other co-worker how many people can one add on the plan as I've asked such questions. The respond by the other staff was horrible I could not believe it. Her respond was \ Read the pack all the information is there"and we(myself and the cashier) did read the pack"
