Horrible Customer Experience at Pep Hayfields Mall PMB
To whom it may concern
Today at 14H00 I was at Pep Hayfields Mall, I spoke to a lady named Alwande Mchunu to help mre check if the store has Hair Mayonnaise in stock as I could not find any on the shelves. She told me that she will go check, i did not mind that, then i did see her going to a nearby shelf and I heard her ask someone, and the person she asked said in Isizulu " tell her we do not have stock" .Alwande then addressed me from where she was standing and said we don't have it, loud enough of course. Then the lady behind the counter because we were close to the counter ( Sthandiwe Ntshangase) came to where I was standing and showed me that there was stock, and I apologised to her, and took full responsibility that I might not have looked properly. I then approached Alwande and Bongiwe Gwamanda to tell them that Sthandwa gave me the product they both claimed was not in stock. that is where all hell broke loose, Bongiwe Gwamanda called me a **** , in fact all three ( Alwande, Sthandiwe and Bongiwe, claimed that they never said the product was out of stock, I then asked Sthandiwe how then did she know I needed the product. Bongiwe called me a **** and was so rude, screaming and interupting me even when I was speaking to a manager. I am so disgusted with the attitude I received, and what made me more mad was Bongiwe's attitude, rude, condescending and dishonest, and more appalled at Alwande and Sthandiwe for covering up the lie and bad attitude. I spoke to the store manager Khaya Biyela who seemed to be a walk over to Bongiwe, I had to ask him if Bongiwe's behaviour was appropriate behaviour , he informed me that he can't address Bongiwe in my presence. I am appalled by this service. If this is how Pep consultants treat us as their customers, then I don't see it in existence for a long time. -- Mandisa Monametsi
