Horrible client service

A lady at Pep Terminus in Klerksdorp treated me like I am nothing, as I asked to send a parcel via Pexi. She then told me that they cant help me as parcels are getting lost and they are currently under investigation, she then told me that I need to tell whoever Im sending the parcel to, to go and ask for a store number of that Pep store. I told her that I was not aware of this and other stores dont ask for such, thats when she said I must go to the store that I was assisted previously. Thats when I asked her for her Surname so that I can tell her Head office to assist me since shes not interested. Then thats when she assisted me. This was a very unpleasant interaction.
