Horrible Cellphone experience with Pep

I brought a phone at Pep Stellenbosch, after few uses the phone just went off and did not want to charge, I took it back to the store on 01 November, and I was told i will get it back after 3 to 4 weeks, it is now week 5 and I have been told the phone is not back yet and they dont know when it will be back, I have been calling and going to the store but I get no solid answer on when I will get the phone back.
