Horrible Cashier at Pep Home Tshwane Rwgional Mall in Mamelodi

On the 1st of April 2022 at around 18:00 me and my colleague rushed to pick up a parcel at Pep Home in Tshwane Rwgional Mall.. On our way to the mall, all the way from Centurion, my phone battery died.

When we arrived at the store they were preparing to close the store and we were met by this rude cashier who dismissed us straight away when we tried to explain the story to her of my flat battery.

We ended up having to call the manager by the name of Thabang who came out from the back just to assist customers what were in despair..

The Manager was kind and very respectful and even assisted us by literally charging my phone so that we can at least get the pin numbers in order to get access of the parcel.

The cashier was just blatantly standing in the cold as a stone and didn't even care a damn when we explained to her that we were from far and that we couldn't come back anytime soon for the parcel.

Thabang the manager had to assist us with everything while the cashier was standing there refusing to assist us.

I just want to thank Thabang for her Ubuntu and kindness that she showed us on that day.... If it weren't for her, we would have left without getting the parcel.

A big thank you to the other cashier that assisted us by getting a charger so that we could at least charge my phone in order to access the pin numbers... While the rude cashiers blatantly told us that there were no charger compatible for my type of phone in the store.

It is always good to be kind, whether you know the person or not or how little you think of them. God will bless you in abundance.

The rude cashier has *****ed the image of Pep Home in Tshwane Rwgional Mall... I would never never ever ever set my foot in that store again.

She made me feel less of a human and I pray to God that she changes her ways and be humble coz humility can take her far in life but with that kind of stinking attitude.... I just don't know how far she will go.
