Horrible Attitude

I'm disgusted with the service I got from the cashier Gloria from PEP East London Albert Street. She has a horrible attitude. Some retail staff think because they are based in CBD they can treat customers however they want and get away with it. Do you train your staff to debate your customers? Or to provide them with exceptional customer service no matter where your stores are based?
