horrible

PAXI COURIER AND PEP STORES, What a bad combination of companies who do mot k now what customer service is, i sent something through the PEP store in Centurion mall Pretoria and i kept on tracing it online with no valid information so i decided to go to the store to follow up only to find out that the parcel was still there for a week no one made sure that the parcel was sent to where its suppose to be it was just chilling there on the shelves and online it was written as a missing parcel, i have a business and this parcel was an order that was suppose to be delivered for a new customer which was furious at me because i promised the products would be there within 3 to 5 days as i paid for that services but because PAXI and PEP don care about customer services i ended up losing a customer and money......i will never ever use this courier again its so useless and it was my first time using it but the experience was horrible!!
