********** service

I went to Pep store Protea Glen mall on the 07/06/2021 to collect a parcel. I have never experienced such ********** service in a store before. I was at the till with one of the cashiers who was assisting me with a purchase cause I bought a few items, after I was done making my payment I told the cashier that I also need to collect a parcel. I was then directed to another till where I was assisted by a cashier by the name of Samke Nsutwane, she was so rude I got into a heated argument with her. I feel Pep stores needs to properly train their staff on how to carry themselves when they speak to customers. I am a customer and I refuse to tolerate disrespect from a staff member. The store manager intervened but the the cashier disregarded her and continued to back chat and at some point even told me that she wont assist me as I am blocking the queue at the till, imagine the audacity. I have no intention of going back to that store because of that incident, and I hope this matter is dealt with because I am certain that there is more customers who have encountered the same but have not raised their concerns.
