Hope God Deals With Pep stores one day

My wife was pickpocketed at Pep, Dobsonville, Soweto. R1450 was taken from her wallet. The empty wallet was later found by one of the employees on the floor. The store manager told my wife to stand by the door and watch any suspicious persons, with the security guard. The doors we not closed, people were leaving freely. The store said they only have cameras at the tills, not at the isles . I'm so disappointed also by their customer service. I called their 0860 number. They put me on hold for ages, after which they answered my call when I had less than a minute left on my airtime balance. The agent promised to call me back, I'm still waiting, two days later. Yesterday, I called the same number, with no response. The security at Pep stores is horrible. And your managers are like the agents of Satan. How can you say, sorry, this usually happens at our stores, to a ****** mother of a toddler?
