The service at pep in Park station is very poor the cashier by the name of Njabulo he serves customers as if he's doing them a favour. Firstly I did Paxi with him tell the destination instead of asking me to explain the right destination he put the one he likes and when I look at the sms I realized that this is not the right destination.i had to go back and when I get there I try to explain to him that this is the wrong place he just gave me one the Paxi bag to take the whatsapp number and go fix it cause it's very easy to do it. Then I took 5 items wanted to laybye them then he told me the items were too small the space where they keep laybyes is not a right space my items will get lost.how can u tell that to a customer? And the other day there is this other lady I couldn't get her name short one she's very loud and her attitude is very bad for customers when I was purchasing she told me that they don't have change I must go find change from pep cell otherwise they won't be able to help me I had to go and look for change because I was in need for the item. They really treating us like lost minded people. They have to stop doing that to customers.
