HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR BAD SERVICE!!!!

i have never ever experienced such bad service in my life, i must say that im highly disappointed, last week the 12/01/2019, i want to your store in Phillipi center, i got there at 14:45pm, coming from work and knowing the store closes at exactly 15:00 pm, i was shocked to find that the entry doors were already locked at exactly 15 minutes before the time, when i asked the security or guy that stands at the door why the doors were closed, he told me they are just closed as its after business hours , i then asked him to call his manager he ignored me and closed the door again,other customers were bagging on the door as ofcoz the working hours that were pasted on the glass door said Pep closes at 15:00. a lady came assuming it was the manager with no tag on came and started asking why we were bagging on the door when we can see that it was closed, i told her we standing there because we want to get in i traveled from far so that i can get to the shop on time and now im here and the store is closed 15 min before the time,she then told us that we should beg to be let in not bang ,they are closed as the que is too long so in order for them to be done by three they must lock the doors early and not let anymore people in. i then asked her what about the business hours pasted on the door she told me that's the time when they should be leaving the store and that wont be possible if they keep letting people in until three.

please explain to me the purpose of these trading hours, and if the store closes before three please fix the times
