HiFi Corp, either deliver my goods or refund my money, ignoring me isnt helping.

I cannot get hold of HiFi Corporation who has not delivered my online ordered items value at over R6,000. Ive tried calling and leaving messages on their customer service number, sending emails, writing hello peter reviews, sending facebook messages all to no available. The order was placed and paid for on 15th July. I am so shocked and horrified at their lack of customercentricity or care. Truly disappointing.
