Hi there. Just wanted to to talk about pep store at Norkem in Kempton park. I ordered something that was dropped off at their store since last Sunday and till today I haven't received my order. Firstly when you drop off a parcel at any pep store for paxi courier both the sender and receiver gets an sms and I didn't get one as a receiver. Today I tried calling them just to check if the parcels have been collected by paxi courier and all numbers were not working or they were incorrect. Can they please update their contact details as clients can have a chance to ask anything regarding their service.
