Hi, for the past year me and my fiance keep on buying this headphones from PEP

Hi, for the past year me and my fiance keep on buying this headphones from PEP. 2 to 3 weeks, they break, on trying to return it, they state that all electronics does not have any refund. Why do you keep these headphones? Milking us for money? Knowing that they will break in less then a month and we have to buy new ones? We know they are cheap and the quality is not up to par, however this is really bad, having to replace headphones every month.
