Heart breaking poor quality services and arrogance

I bought a open view decoder from pep store in twin city mall in Bloemfontein I've been buying from that pep store for years now and the manager is one of the rudest person on this planet I thought someone would have complained about her conduct this review is not about getting her to loose her job but its to protect the pep brand from employees that don't care about the business and its Customers, are we going to wait until bigger than her blatantly disrespect and ill treatment of customers. She has the luxury of doing such because the community this pep is based in don't know or are not aware of their consumer rights. SHE EVEN HAS THE CONFIDENCE TO TELL YOU TO COMPLAIN NOTHING WILL HAPPEN
