Health risk at PEP

I went to PEP at Berlin, eastern cape at 16:42 and there were 3 of us outside and it was closed. Outside with the pep logo are the trading hours stating the close at 5pm. Also on the window, written on paper with pens are notices of no children allowed. A customer was coming out and a woman with no mask on, opened the door and said we are not allowed in and when asked why as it states 5pm closing time, she answered they are waiting for formal thing from their head office as they can not post on the window with just any paper. And I pointed out that she already done that with the no children written on a normal paper and with a pen. She did not reply to that instead she said we are not allowed in. The 2 left and I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is and I asked for a number to contact to and she said I must check my slip and I said I don't have one and she rudely said check your slip. Mind you, she had a hand written name sticker on her shirt with Lynette on it. And I asked her if she is refusing to give me contact details for where a person can complain and she shut the door on my face. Such disgusting behaviour is not expected from pep especially at a time when everyone is stressed and disregard for the regulations laid out by our President to wear a mask at all times but a manager at PEP decided she is above the law and she can put others in danger and while at it have such an obnoxious behaviour. Disappointing.
